  • NSPCC : Provides a lot of advice about caring for children and young people during the coronavirus pandemic and how to get support.  Also if you are worried about a child, ring 0808 800 5000  

  • Childine:  a confidential service for children and young people under the age of 19  who need help and support. Telephone helpline is  0800 1111

  • Carers UK :  Offers information about the support available to carers and those looked after by carers

  • NHS Change4Life: easy ways to get kids eating well and moving more -  lots of recipes for kids and all the family - you can also download the free app to get 160 quick, easy and tasty recipes.  Also great ideas for keeping the kids entertained.
